BUSINESS MEETING
Paul called the meeting to order at 6:13 PM.
February's minutes were approved by consensus.
Treasurer's report from Barb:
Previous balance: $2,847.31
Dues payment: 10.00
Current balance: $2,857.31
All dues are now paid. IATC has not yet billed us.
The treasurer's report was accepted by consensus.
Bill reported that Sophia will be speaking in April but we still need a speaker for May.
The officer nominees for the next two year term beginning in May 2021 were announced by Mary F. and unanimously elected by all attendees. They are:
Club president: Paul Freiberg
Club vice-president: Bill Kelly
Secretary: Richard Schoenbohm (one year commitment)
Treasurer: Barbara Kelly
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Mary F. said that Nancy Bodway will be 90 on Wednesday, March 17.
Jan Smith shared that she is now a grandmother.
The business meeting adjourned at 6:19 PM.

Kris Stahl presented on the Pack Horse Librarians of Kentucky. Her presentation paper is on our website at http://torchfoxvalley.org/Papers/PackHorseLibrarians.pdf.
